FAQs

When will my first box ship?

The Sip Society membership is a bi-monthly subscription. Boxes for all Sippers are shipped out in the following months: February, April, June, August, October and December. The Sip Society box will be processed and shipped during the 2nd week of the shipping months.

What does bi-monthly mean?

The Sip Society subscription box will ship every other month during the shipping months.

When does my membership renew?

You will be charged immediately for your first bi-monthly or annual membership. Bi-monthly will renewed and charged on the 2nd day of the ship month. Annuals will be renewed and charged ever 12 months. Annuals will however receive a bi-monthly reminder of their pre-paid shipment on the 2nd day of the ship out month. Your membership will automatically renew bi-monthly, or annually unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming billing date. You must cancel 5 days prior to your billing date. We do not offer refunds.
